AI-generated probability estimates for college admissions based on your academic profile. IMPORTANT: These are statistical estimates, not guarantees. Actual admission decisions are made by colleges and depend on many factors we cannot predict.

AI-powered feedback on college application essays, including grammar, structure, and content suggestions. This is educational guidance, not professional editing or writing services.

2.3 Scholarship Discovery

A database of scholarships matched to your profile. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee scholarship availability, eligibility, or award amounts.

2.4 Application Tracker

Tools to organize your college applications, deadlines, and requirements.

2.5 Premium Features

Subscription-based access to advanced features including unlimited AI predictions, detailed essay analysis, and priority support.

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18)
• One account per person; no account sharing

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3.3 Accurate Information

• Provide truthful academic data (GPA, test scores, etc.)
• Update your profile when information changes
• Understand that inaccurate data leads to unreliable predictions

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

4.4 Price Changes

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of essays and other content you submit
• You grant Collegely a license to process your content for providing the Service
• Analysis results and feedback belong to you
• We do not use your essays for any purpose other than providing you feedback

6.2 Collegely's Property

• The Service, including code, design, AI models, and content, is owned by Collegely
• Collegely name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission

6.3 Third-Party Content

• College data sourced from US Department of Education
• Scholarship information from various public sources
• We do not claim ownership of third-party content

8.1 No Consequential Damages

Collegely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost opportunities (college rejections, missed scholarships)
• Emotional distress
• Lost profits or data
• Cost of alternative services

8.2 Limited Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8.3 Basis of the Bargain

These limitations apply even if we knew or should have known about the possibility of damages. They reflect the allocation of risk between us and are an essential part of our agreement.

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, contact us at support@collegely.app to attempt informal resolution. We'll work in good faith to resolve disputes.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation. Arbitration is less formal, faster, and less expensive than lawsuits.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or consolidated proceeding.

10.4 Exceptions

Small claims court and injunctive relief for intellectual property violations are exempt from arbitration.

11.1 By You

Delete your account anytime from account settings. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users
• Fail to pay subscription fees

11.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service immediately ends
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Certain provisions survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations)
